He earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance, and previously worked as an accounting for 10 years in a top-tier investment bank handling accounting issues and reporting of their complex business.  A NYC resident for over two decades, Benjamin has enjoyed living in diverse neighborhoods in Manhattan, Brooklyn and Staten Island that each have their own styles. He loves meeting new people every day, learning their unique stories, and helping to match their lifestyle needs to the best-suited home.  Benjamin lives in a condo downtown in the Financial District, and specializes in sales and rentals in Downtown Manhattan as well as Brooklyn. On the personal side, his interests include basketball, coffee, and travel.

Originally from Latvia, Liena speaks fluent Latvian and English, and is presently learning Russian. She holds a Bachelors degree in Educational Sciences from University of Latvia, and previously worked as a floral designer and shop manager at Jane Packer Flagship store in NYC.  In her personal time, Liena loves photography, running, rollerblading, yoga, skiing and traveling. Raising her son and classical music are the most beautiful things that "give me wings and lift me up!"

She grew up on the Upper West Side and bought her co-op apartment in Chelsea many years ago, where she still resides. Her professional and resourceful approach developed through her background in the film industry for over 20 years. Nina holds a BA in Film and worked as a Lighting Technician and a Dolly Grip on many network TV shows shot in New York, as well as major motion pictures and commercials.  Nina highly values the importance of listening in any relationship. She is married to her best friend, who like Nina is also a serious skier. She and her husband love skiing out west, and traveling for other active outdoor adventures that include kayaking, swimming, windsurfing and hiking.
